RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STATEMENT OF CASHFLOW & BALANCE SHEET

Cash & cash equivalents at the end of the year as derived from a cashflow statement must be equal to the organization’s cash reserves (or cash account balance) as reported on the balance sheet.
