Camel racing is a popular sport in many parts of the world specially in Arab countries where camels are considered to be a National Pride. Our client Mr. Sheikh Zayed, a sports enthusiast and founder of many adventure sports companies in US, is exploring opportunities in this industry. His company is considering options to launch their own 8 km long racing track near Dubai for organizing world class camel racing event annually.

However he is a novice and wishes to seek our help in shaping this business from scratch. He has an investor’s pitch coming next month. He wants you to sketch a framework for assessing the economics of this sports and about the ways in which he can expand this business in the region. He thinks a pitch prepared from this analysis would help him in getting investments from the potential investors.
